All About Pumpkins

Bakery

We use products we grow on our farm in most of our baked goods.  Our popular Apple and Pumpkin Breads contain apples, pumpkins and high quality English walnuts we grow on our farm.  We use our fresh free range brown eggs in all of our breads and cookies.

You will even find our own freshly stone ground wheat raised on our farm and processed during our popular Threshing Bee event used in our baked goods.

We believe in growing what we sell.

Cookies

Customers love our freshly baked cookies.  Each batch is made from scratch in small quantites using high quality ingredients and no preservatives.

Farmhouse Cookies

We use our own Wildflower Honey harvested from our farm.  We use our own free range brown ranch eggs too! Each batch is mixed by hand for that exceptional homemade handcrafted taste. Our Snickerdoodle and Honey Ginger Cookies both won a first place blue ribbon at our local county fair. Current varieties we make are:

  • Snickerdoodles
  • Wildflower Honey Ginger
  • Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip
  • Lavender Butter Cookies
  • Farmhouse Chocolate Chip

We always have free samples.

Warning: warm and fresh from the oven
. . . these cookies are addictive!

Biscotti

New this year are several different kinds of biscotti. We make Ginger Sorghum Pecan* , Almond Cranberry White Chocolate Chip, Almond Lavender** , and Orange Almond. Our biscotti are crisp, delicate and oh so yummy!.
*the Sorghum is grown by our beekeeper in Atascadero
**the Provence Lavender is grown by Green Acres Lavender Farm in Atascadero

Scones

Another new addition this year are baked fresh scones on weekends. We have several different varieties. Choices include Orange Cranberry, Olallieberry Lemon*, Pumpkin Walnut and Apple Spice Walnut.
*the Lemons are grown by Dos Paso Ranch in Cambria.

Nut Breads

We make apple and pumpkin nut breads using our own apples and pumpkins in season.  Add to that our own English Walnuts eggs raised on our farm and you have a winning combination.
(available during fall months when our apples and pumpkins are in season)

Caramel Apple Bowls

Enjoy a crisp wedged Granny Smith apple drizzled with warm caramel sauce and sprinkled with our own secret Maple Walnut topping.  Ask for an extra fork and share it with a special friend.
(available during fall months when our apples are in season)

Peach Olallieberry Crumble

Our very own recipe. A combination of a cobbler and a crisp using sweet juicy tree ripened peaches and olallieberries from our u-pick patch. Yummm!
